A luxury apartment block for Harrods Estates in the heart of Knightsbridge, London.

Clegg worked as Civil and Structural engineers.

The building constructed an eight-storey reinforced concrete frame. This took advantage of off-site manufacturing techniques. Thus, producing precast concrete panels in Essex. These panels transported to site, lifted into place and fixed to the concrete frame using steel brackets.

As a result, this particular method of construction eliminated the need for bricklayers. Thus, saving time, cost, and storage. Ultimately, this allowed the Client to advertise the apartments far sooner.
