Innox Hill | Frome

Clegg designed the structure of a terrace of three high-quality houses on a steep slope on Innox Hill, Frome.

The construction of the three-storey houses utilised insulated formwork. In addition to providing a highly insulated house, it also provides the shuttering required for casting the reinforced concrete walls.

An essential part of the scheme was to provide off-road parking for each of the proposed dwellings. Thus, we created a retaining wall towards the front of the site.
