Today our team stepped away from the office for a day of hands-on conservation work with Wiltshire Wildlife Trust.
Spending time outdoors, surrounded by Wiltshire’s beautiful landscapes, was a refreshing change from our usual projects. Under the guidance of the Wiltshire Wildlife team, we took part in vital conservation activities that helps restore habitats that support local biodiversity.
Why does this matter? As engineers and designers, we create spaces for people – but those spaces should exist in harmony with nature. By taking part in initiatives like this, we strengthen our commitment to sustainability, ensuring that our projects consider not just structural integrity but also environmental responsibility.
Beyond the immediate impact of our efforts, the day was a reminder of the power of collaboration. Working alongside colleagues in a completely different setting fostered teamwork, problem-solving, and a shared sense of purpose.
We’d like to extend our thanks to Wiltshire Wildlife Trust for their dedication to conservation and for allowing us to contribute in a small but meaningful way. We look forward to finding more opportunities to support and protect our local environment.
