Clegg Associates has teamed up with Leading Homes Ltd in Totnes. This is for the conversion of an existing office building into 30 flats.
We share our delight to be working in this thriving historic market town in south west Devon.
The site is lucky enough to be a short distance from the banks of the River Dart. The upper floors give great views of the town nestled in the valley and the rolling hills beyond.
We are confident of being able to work with the planners to bring about the site’s full potential!
