Cedar Court looks great after the transformation.
Clegg Associates provided structural engineering services for the redevelopment of a disused office building.
We worked with Peter Kent Architects on the designs at Cedar Court. Then John and Richard returned to the site to see how well the project progressed.
As a result, “amazed to see how much of a transformation Cedar Court had undergone” said John. “The external remedial works brought the building back to life. Internally, it looks unrecognisable!”
Furthermore, located just outside the highly prized Cotswold market town of Malmesbury, a number of the thirty apartments are currently on sale.
