Clegg, in partnership with Cole Easdon, is leveraging its extensive experience in structural and civil engineering to spearhead this ambitious refurbishment. Our team’s expertise will be instrumental in converting the existing office environment into a highly functional healthcare setting. Key features of the project include the construction of three innovative procedure theatres designed to optimise patient care and improve operational efficiency. Additionally, we will build a new two-storey plant room to support the clinic’s expanded services, ensuring that all operational demands are met with precision and reliability.
