Project Overview
Completed in 2008, Lancelot Place is a luxury apartment block located directly opposite Harrods, in the heart of Knightsbridge, London. Situated just off the bustling Brompton Road, it offers residents a quieter atmosphere and stunning views over Trevor Square. With Sloane Street and Hyde Park within easy walking distance, this prime location enhances the appeal of the residences.

Clegg managed the construction of an eight-storey reinforced concrete frame, utilising advanced off-site manufacturing techniques.

Precast concrete panels were produced in Essex, which allowed for quicker assembly on-site. These panels were transported directly to the location and installed efficiently, significantly streamlining the construction process. This method not only reduced the need for on-site labor but also minimised material storage requirements. As a result, the overall timeline for the project was shortened, enabling the client to market the apartments sooner and enhance the project’s overall efficiency and effectiveness.
