Housing Development | Swindon

Clegg provided a detailed design package for Crest Nicholson. We assisted with the construction of the foundations of a large housing development in Swindon, Wiltshire.

Working to a fixed site programme, we provided information to facilitate the quantity surveyors. This accurately quantified the amount of concrete required as well as the volume of earth removed for each plot.

A complete set of structural calculations and drawings aided this process. These included plans, sections and elevations of each foundation, in order to establish the proposed ground and foundation levels for the housing development.
